📊 Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It brings together the most important workshop indicators in a single view, so you can start your day knowing exactly where everything stands.
The four summary cards
At the top you'll find four cards with key figures:
| Card | What does it show? |
|---|---|
| Active orders | Orders that are In production, Ready to ship or Shipped. It doesn't count those still in Created, nor completed or canceled ones. |
| In production | Orders currently in the printing phase. |
| Monthly expenses | Total expenses recorded in the current month. |
| Month consolidated | The money you've already collected this month: the sum of orders marked as paid whose payment date falls in the current month. Canceled ones don't count. |
You can click each card to navigate directly to the corresponding section.
Order status chart
The pie chart shows the breakdown of open orders by status (Created, In production, Ready to ship, Shipped). It doesn't include completed or canceled ones. It lets you see at a glance whether too many orders have piled up in any phase.
Real-time printing view
If the workshop has connected printers — through the manufacturer's cloud or through the local agent, whatever the brand — a panel appears with the live status of each machine, next to the chart: what it's printing right now and the progress percentage. If none are connected, this section doesn't appear.
Recent activity
You'll see the 5 most recent orders, with their current status and amount. If you have connected printers, this block sits at the bottom of the Dashboard; if not, it appears next to the order status chart. Click any of them to open its full detail.
This isn't the same as the Recent activity panel in the sidebar, which shows the tasks BolloPrint has done in the background (saves, deletions, AI analyses…). That panel is explained in Day to day.
Not seeing any data?
If the Dashboard shows zeros, that's normal for a newly created workshop. The numbers fill in as you add orders and record expenses.
