🚚 Carriers
Every workshop has its own list of carriers for shipments. They're the ones that appear in the dropdown on each order (Shipping tab) and the ones that turn a tracking number into a link for tracking the parcel.
The list is managed by the Owner and the Administrators in Settings → Operations → Shipping carriers.
How the list arrives
When your workshop is created, the list is filled in automatically with the usual carriers for your country: if you're in Spain you'll see Correos, Correos Express, SEUR, MRW, GLS, Nacex… and, in every case, the international ones (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT). From there you adjust it to suit you.
Two kinds of row, and they're not treated the same
The carriers that come with your country can't be edited or deleted — only enabled or disabled. The ones you add can be edited and deleted. This is deliberate: the country list is shared and maintained by BolloPrint.

If you don't use one of the country ones, disable it: it disappears from the order dropdown without deleting anything.
Adding a carrier of your own
Click "Add carrier" and fill in:
- Name — however you want it to appear in the dropdown (e.g. My local courier).
- Tracking URL template (optional) — the carrier's tracking address, writing
{tracking}where the tracking number goes. For example:https://www.correos.es/...?tracking-number={tracking}. If you leave it blank, the carrier still appears in the dropdown, but the order won't show the automatic tracking link.
Why the template with {tracking}? Because that way, on every order, when you type the tracking number BolloPrint builds the "Track shipment" link on its own — you never copy URLs by hand.
How it's used on an order
On an order → Shipping tab, you pick the carrier from the dropdown and type the tracking number. If that carrier has a template, the "Track shipment" link appears and opens the tracking page directly.
There's no "Other…" option
The dropdown shows only the active carriers on your list; there's no free-text field for typing in a one-off. If you need to use one that isn't there, add it here first, in Settings → Operations → Shipping carriers.
