👤 My Profile

Your user icon, at the bottom left, opens your personal menu. From there you manage your account and change the application language.

Your avatar menu

Clicking your avatar opens a menu with:

  • My profile — opens your BolloPrint account on the web.
  • Language — changes the interface language (only for you).
  • Calendar — shortcut to your calendar.
  • Help — opens the user guide (in your language), the contact details and the Discord community.
  • Settings — workshop settings (owner/administrator only).
  • Sign out.

My profile — your account on the web

"My profile" isn't a page inside the workshop: it takes you to your personal account on bolloprint.com (bolloprint.com/myaccount). It's the same account for all the workshops you belong to, and from there you manage:

  • Your profile photo, first name, last name and phone.
  • Your email (read-only — it's your sign-in identifier).
  • Your marketing preferences (whether you want to receive news by email).
  • Your password (change it, or create one if you sign in with Google).
  • The workshops you belong to and, if you're the owner, their subscription.

The first time, you may need to sign in on the web. Use the same email and password (or Google) you use to sign in to the workshop.

Changing the application language

From your avatar menu, hover over Language (or tap it, if you're on mobile): a small panel opens on the right with the list of available languages, each with its flag and its name. Choose the one you want:

  • 🇪🇸 Español
  • 🇬🇧 English
  • 🇫🇷 Français
  • 🇮🇹 Italiano
  • 🇩🇪 Deutsch
  • 🇵🇹 Português

The change is immediate and personal: it only affects your interface, not your colleagues', and it's remembered the next time you sign in.

If you've never chosen a language of your own, BolloPrint uses the workshop's default language (set by the administrator); if that isn't defined either, it tries to follow your browser's language and, as a last resort, shows English. As soon as you choose a language, that's what sticks for you.

Your password

The password is managed from your account on the web (My profile → bolloprint.com/myaccount):

  • Change it: click "Change password" and enter the current one and the new one.
  • Create it (if you sign in with Google and also want a password): click "Create password". We'll send you an email with a link to create it.
  • Forgot it?: on the login screen click "I forgot my password". You'll receive an email to reset it.

You can have access with both password and Google at the same time.
